Finance office will add all sorts of charges and service plans without customer permisson. Customers sensitive data lays all about the dealership unprotected for anybody to see. Increased interest rate on loan that was not agreed upon.

Delievered car with cracked oil filter housing unit on Audi S5, brought car back only to have it sit there for over 4 weeks! How is this place even in business anymore?! SHUT IT DOWN

Preyed on elderly & took advantage of elderly by slamming with junk warranties and extra points to interest rate. Extremely rude people all the way around. Very sad.

What is the interest rate noted on the signed financial agreement? What interest rate are you being charged? What charges and service plans were added that are not noted on the signed contract?
