Complaint Review: Fxsupliments - acai Maxx - total Cleanse - GIC Shipping

I ordered Acai Berry Maxx and Total Cleanse as was suggested to use both in conjunction for optimal results in weight loss. The web site toted as seen on Rachael Ray, Oprah, MSN, Etc. The next day excited about my order, I tried to find more infor on the products. It was then that I saw all the warnings about the scams. You see, it is not until after you hit the submit order button do you scroll down and see the part about canceling or they will bill your credit card for another months supply automatically.
I ordered on a Sunday, by Tuesday morning the $5.95 charge for the trial showed up on my account, and mulitple hits on the credit card for $3.95 which I have no clue what that is for but it was connected with the suppliments order. I went to the bank and they showed the "fraud alert" service my bank provides had already picked up on the multiple hits and blocked the card so no more charges could go through. There were about 10 hits from this company. I had to cancel the debit card and obtain a new one. I tried calling one of the numbers and it does not answer, it says it has not been assigned yet.
When I asked the bank why the attorney general doesnt do something about this,he said they are a company probably out of Africa.
So beware. Check to see if you bank offers a " phantom" card service. He explained to me I could obtain a phantom card on line through my banks web site, set the amount for the one purchase only and no other charges would b honored.
