Complaint Review: FXsupplements

I ordered a product from fxsupplements for a trial period. My understanding was I would pay 5.99 for shipping and handling but the product was free of charge.

Before I even recieved my product, and before the trial period even began, the company withdrew 79.95 from my account. I don't even where this amount came from or why I was charged.

I have attempted to contact the company numerous times but the number posted on the webpage is constantly busy and I have not been able to get through to anyone. I finally contacted my banking institution and was able to cancel the payment.
