Complaint Review: FxSupplements

I am in the same situation as many. I was browsing the internet and stumbled on the acaiberrymaxx free trail. I ordered it November 6th, however did not receive the product until November 21.

I called on several occasions and left messages in order to cancel and was told that the shipment was on back order and that my trial was extended so I had 10 days from the Nov 21 to cancel. I was told I could not cancel until I had the product in my hands. However, my card was charged anyway and I can't get in contact with anyone in FxSupplements.

There are many numbers, some of which don't work and some others are just recordings. I have contacted my bank and had my card cancelled as well as filed a claim stating that the payment was unauthorized. I also emailed the company asking to cancel shipments. Hopefully all of this works and I can get my money back and stop them from continuing to charge me.
