Complaint Review: FYE

I purchased 6 movies through an FYE store on 2/12/08. 3 of the movies had rebates totalling $19.

Towards the end of March I did recieve a partial check for $14. I have tried to contact the rebate center for 2 weeks now regarding the check for the remainder of the balance and the phone # they give you does not have a prompt for a live operator (1-800-779-6219). (Does anybody know the phone #)?

After reading many complaints regarding the FYE online store and rebate center, I will purchase further DVD's through Walmart (their cheaper anyway).
