FYE - Trans World Entertainment ripoff FYE Star Wars rebate never paid, impossible to contact FYE Albany New York
FYE has a big sign advertising Star Wars Trilogy for $34.95.
After going to counter to purchase, I was informed that this is after a $15.00 rebate. The $34.99 was in large writing and the details about the rebate was so small it was hard to see.
The clerk at the store said the Rebate would take 2 weeks.
I mailed my forms on 9/22/04. The website says it has been processing my rebate since it was received on 10/13/04. They have had it since 9/24/04 not 10/13/04.
It is now five weeks. FYE cannot be reached, they do not reply to inqueries. I contacted the store but they cannot help.
