Complaint Review: FYE - Transworld Entertainment

FYE/Transworld Entertainment, online at http://www.fye.com/, offered a $15 rebate for those who purchased the new Star Wars Triology online and in store.

However, once the rebate was filed, RebateHQ - who handled the rebate - refused to honor said rebate on the basis that FYE/Transworld Entertainment never participated in the rebate process.

When confronted about the issue, RebateHQ continued to say the same thing over and over again: That FYE/Transworld Entertainment was not participating in this offer even though they advertised on the internet and in-store that they were doing so.
