Complaint Review: FYE VIP

FYE VIP fye VIP backstage pass f.y.e. charge me for this membership and I have cancelled it three times and I am still finding it on my bill. I receive my bill for my credit card through e-bills and didn't notice the charge was back again. Then I thought I cancelled it; only to find it on my bill again. Nashville Tennessee

I shopped at f.y.e around Christmas 2014. I was shopping with my then 14 year old duaghter. My daughter went up to the register with my credit card and the sales person signed my daughter up for this program. I did not authorize this purchase. When I saw the charge on my credit card and immediately cancelled the membership. 

I get my bills online through my bank, called e-bill. The company never cancelled my membership and continued charging me $11.99 a month. I called the company and cancelled the membership again.  This has been going on for years. 

I thought I cancelled my credit card but I guess I received the same card number and they are still charging me. I need to report my card stolen and then presue getting my money back.

I am interested in a class action lawsuit against this company. I have cancellation numbers but they mean nothing to this company. I will never buy anything from this company. F.Y.E. is a rip off company.
