Franco Sama and Jordan Yale Levin run a very sketchy production company out of their homes in Los Angeles and Long Island. They consistently rip off clients by offering great returns on film investment and pocketing the money for themselves. Most of the films they have credits for on IMDB they have not actually produced themselves. Be very wary when conducting business with this production company or these individuals, especially if it includes investment.

Fylmar Rebuttal

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, March 21, 2011

Franco Sama and Jordan Yale Levine began Fylmar Productions, LLC in 2005 and proudly stand behind their respective names and reputations.

Up until recently, we have executive produced the majority of the films that we have been credited with meaning that we arranged various forms of financing and/or distribution for the producers of each film, as opposed to producing the films ourselves.

Now, besides executive producing, we are also producing and are much more creatively involved in these films beyond financing.

In the world of independent film finance most executive producers and producers rely heavily on the investments of savvy individual investors as opposed to banks, conglomerates and/or studio funding.

As such, our company regularly negotiates film financing deals on behalf of our investors.

Since these investors are the lifeblood that flow through the veins of our (or any other) production company, we, of course, make it our top priority to protect them and their investments in any and every way possible.

Regarding our office space, Fylmar Productions began in Culver City where we occupied an office space for approximately two years beginning in 2005 then moved to 9601 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills for the next three and a half years; in late 2009, we closed that office and now simply utilize the production office space (s) typically made available to us via our film productions.
