A year ago back in may of 2014 , i was referred to a gentleman by the name of Jeff Harrell , who is the owner of GBG collision & repair. I was currently working in Morgan City Louisiana at the time off-shore, so i was encouraged that he was a trusted source from a woman i dated at the time. I was given a quote on what it would cost to paint and restore my 1997 honda accord. I also needed to have my brake system repaired do to rust from snow , as the car had been driven from michigan. 

I agreed that i would further proceed with allowing Mr. Jeff Harrell to perform services and repair the services needed on my vehicle. I had began making payments to Mr. Harrell via Western Union , do to the distance I was working in Louisiana .

I ended being incarcerated in june of 2014 & served 9months in a Texas state jail. 

The 9 months i was incarcerated Jeff harrell dealth with with my then girlfriend Ms. Ebony Holly while he assured her that my vehicle was safe & had been worked on. Mr. Harrell assured Ms Holly that there would be no storage fee & the car would be ready for me when i was released. All payments were made and service payment was paid in full.

When i was released in 3/10/15 i immideately contacted Jeff Harell to rtreive my vehicle & I was told that my vehicle was preapared to pick up . A few days turned into a few weeks. I continued to contact Mr. Harrell to find out what was the hold up , And why i was receiving this unprofessional treatment. He later told me that the car had been stored at his house , and was not worked on. I was upset , and we got into a verbal altercation over the phone due to Mr. Harrell not fullfilling his obligation. I couldn't get in touch with Mr. Harrell for a few months when I left for Atlanta to visit my family , I returned 7/11/15 to arrive at GBG Collision & repair to encounter Mr. Jeff Harrelll to notify me that my vehicle had been not only not worked on , but Stolen as well.

I have not been compensated for anything. Mr. Harrell will not answer my phone calls.

The owner of GBG Collision (GBG), Mr. Jay Harrell has retained Innovative Consulting Solutions (ICS) to review this incident and provide a resolution that is fair to Mr. Simmons and  GBG.
