Complaint Review: G.F.institue Kansas

I recived a notice from this company for a $25,000.00 goverment grant, but i luckly checked it out on the web and found out it was a scam. I was curiouse because it had the name G.F. Institute Kansas City Kansas with no address & the postage said postage paid for by Carol Stream,IL. permit 1347.

I decided to call the 800 number on the paper and was prompted to buy a grant guide for a one time fee of $59 dollars. I spoke to a woman named Jodie and asked her why there was no address for the G.F. Institute and she replied it was because they were located in Kansas City missouri , but could not give a physical address.

I was then informed that the call center was in up state newyork. I then told her i would need to speek to my husband befor I gave any information and that I would call back. I wanted to report this because it is sickining to think of these scam artiest scaming people out of their money by offering them money!
