Complaint Review: G. F. Institute (Est. 2007)

Received notice 12/17/2008 to call 1-866-576-9176 to verify interest in $25,000.00 in government grant funds to be used at my discretion.
I did a search and discovered others were told to pay to get a government guide. This is not necessary. G. F. Institute (Est 2007) may be violating the US Postal System and could be prosecuted for a Federal Crime. I am not a lawyer so I can't make that determination.

I'm angry the US Post Office allowed this kind of mail to go through with "Official Information Re: $25,000.00 Grant from U.S. Government 'APPROVED'" being stamped on the front of the envelope with postage presumably paid by presorted standard us postage paid Carol Stream, IL permit 1347.

I will keep this at work in a file for now. Perhaps the Feds or USPS may prosecute. I just want to take a bite out of crime.
