Here is another victim to badcreditloansources.biz a.k.a. Golden Harvest.

I fell for the same scam as others back in October 2005 and have been writing emails requesting my funds returned. To this date, February 13, 2006, I have not even had the courtesy of an email being replied to. I have sent 3 emails and have been very nice to them, but to no avail. I also followed the instructions on how to receive a refund if I were denied a loan. I sent the letter and the copies of the denied letters via Fedex, dated just so that I could have a signature on file along with the date it was delivered. To date not a word. See FedEx delivery:

My, my, my I didn't realize, I just helped pay for a house note or other bills or luxury items or a get rich quick scam. Anyway, I sure hope that since this has given details that this is a residence, possibly a CA tv station could be contacted.

I should have stopped the transactions when I received the email and in the email it stated "Please don't email us asking HOW to get a refund, the web link is right above." That should have been my first clue right there and proceeded to contact my credit card for a dispute to the charge. However, I was vulnerable at the time and thought there could have been a chance.

I honestly believe this person has taken the money they took from us and ran, possibly to start a new scam, so I feel the sooner we as consumers step up and get these people announced to the public we can stop them from damaging others. It is pretty doubtful that we will receive our refunds, due to the fact that this individual is living off of us, so this must be a lesson for me to stay away from companies that offer this type of service and do the leg work myself. Would have been far less and less of a headache.

Although, I am turning them into the BBB, as well. We all should send the BBB a letter concerning this illegal company it may help there as well.

I leave them with this passage "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?" Mark 8:36. The Lord knows and will take care of this person/persons.

FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS FOR REFUND

#3Author of original report

Mon, February 20, 2006

Dear Dave;

I DID follow the refund instructions and sent the copies of the declined documents, along with my letter requesting refund with my signature as stated in the REFUND POLICY. How come you did not receive them? Is the company not in California as listed? I sent these documents to an address which FedEx shows as a California residence. Funny why would FedEx relay it delivered to a "Residence Address"? They have no reason to lie; they have no clue to who you are. Why are you writing me from Dallas? Do I need to locate a Dallas address and send these documents to the Dallas, Texas location for proof or is it your company does not abide by their own RETURN POLICY for their customers?

In your email and refund information that was sent to me regarding how to get refunds, I followed this letter exactly since I had a bad feeling about the company. (By the way it is not illegal to dispute a non-reputable company. I checked with my attorney). Two of the loan companies would not accept my application because I was out of their state to loan money and one instantly declined my application immediately after I had filled out the form and sent it in. The last three I did get decline letters to and yes your company has all documentation.

If I have to supply them to you, please let me know. Obviously, the two companies are not communicating with each other.

Oh, by the way the number you have listed here on the website is wrong, when I dial the number it rings to my cell phone. What's up with that?

I am emailing the BBB with this same letter after I send this on to Ripoff report. You are truly scamming individuals and must not want to be located for the phone number listed to ring back to me or it could be ringing back to the individual who is reporting you. Oh, I'm sure that all persons who have submitted to your company were sent the same email regarding the same SIX Lenders. It's probably a template you have set up.

Respectfully

Dave

Didn't follow the refund policy

IF a person expects for us to issue a refund because they were denied by a lender, we need to see a copy of the decline notice. EACH decline notice, not just one or two. Those customers who do not send in all required notices are not issued a refund. The policy is very simple to follow.

PS. Our address is NOT a residence. It is a place of business.
