Complaint Review: G M A C realstate time share division

 I Receiveed my phone calls from G.M.A.C.Realstate To rent or sell my time share witch is located in orlando FL BONNET CREEK.      Mr Reese Kramer told  it would rent for 4500.00 a week  and i had two weeks. It would take 30 to 60 days.He went as far as to tell me he would make me 3 checkes for 3000.00 so a lower tax rate would apply.  SO I gave MR Kramer 799.00 of my hard earned money .       After about two weeks or so  i called Mr Kramer sevel times only to get his machine and no return calls.  After a month or so i  got Frankie Martinz the manger or something. I was told that MrKramer was on leave of abance. I asked why since i hadn't heald from him. I was told dos't matter be cause others were on  my account .MrMartinz then looked at my account and told me my 4500.00 a week was inposable and way to high. I expanded that Mr Kramer set that price . I also explained that mr Krammer had said it would take no longer then two months he said again inposable the market is dead but he was personly going to take over my account.    NOT one thing i paided 799.00 of my hard earned for came true .Mr martenz never call me with an offer not once.... THat was June of 2009. I stated makeing phones to mr martienz. Ifound out that  mr .kramer still worked there because recedshist have seen him. Mr marteinz still will not alow me to talk to the man who made all the proimise to me. mr kramer workes in the other office. He has another boss great can i talk to them.       After calling mrs dawn bennett for a week with no responce at all. I called mr martinz to tell him i never got a call back. he said i can't make her call you..But mr marteniz you are a boss does't she lession to you . Then i asked him to talk to her he said no. Can't you walk over there he said no .      Its august 2011 STILL NO CALL NO BIDDS YOU DO THE MATH    WHAT A RIP OFF
