Complaint Review: G&S auto repairs

Before towing my 2010 BMW 328xi to G&S Auto repairs in early March 2012 the owner Lamarr Johnson and I agreed upon a price for repair and and estimate completion date. I was told the max time for my vehicle to be completed was mid April 2012. I was given a list of parts necessary for the completion of my vehicle. Within one week I directly had all parts shipped to G & S auto. Three weeks later no response, so i called G & S and was told more parts were needed. Within a week later they received the parts requested.

To make a long story short Lamarr Johnson owner of G&S consistently called for more money and more parts. After close to 4 months i had enough. i told him I wanted my car towed from his facility and a refund for the uncompleted work on my vehicle. Receiving no response back from Lamarr Johnson or his auto shop employees, I drove 1 1/2 hours to his facility and was in horror to see my vehicle in such bad shape. He tore the front of the car completely off with parts dangling to the ground.

He had scratches all over my vehicle, with trash & old parts shoved inside the interior of the vehicle, & soda cans on the trunk and under the vehicle. I took pictures if necessary for evidence. I was upset but no reslovement told hat Lamarr was on his way, which he never showed up. Based on the condition of my vehicle and the owner Lamarr Johnson refusal to complete my car repairs or put the vehicle back together to be towed, I'm unable to get my vehicle or my refund. Lemarr Johnson and his thugs has made it clear through actions he's keeping both.
