Corporate offices OF YODE Investments-KDM Investments-LONE STAR PROPERTIES-CMD INVESTMENTS-902 GULf LLC Heather MCmillian, MIKe Merrigan, Deano Merrigan, Gary A KOrt Jr, Shawn Lynch, Jill Crawford , Dennis Maintenance, John bookkeeper, These owners and employees rented me a condemned building for 6 months and frauded me out of paying all their electrical bills, water bills, insurance fraud and now locked me out my building illegally and have not answered any of my emails and has told me not to contact them!
I have reported this to the whole city of La Marque and know one has done one thing about it! I want my belongings, all my money i paid to remodel this building, all past rent and all utiliies, They know what they did and The landlord states he will calll the mayor of La marque and they will not tell Deano that his building is condemned!
This man is fraud , and has retaliated and harrassed me for over a week now and just thinks i am gonna walk away from this! No im letting the whole Galveston county know not to rent or believe any of his people. They are rude and very unprofessional.. I want my stuff back therefore im taking him to court he has not even evicted me because he knows he is wrong! I need the media to know about this for the people in La Marque!!

As of today December 6th 2021. These landlords and owners have not evicted nor have they tried to resolve this matter. They signed a legal contract and have already committed 3 criminal acts. First act is FRAUD! Second act THEFT OF PROPERTY and 3rd act VANDELISM! Charges have been filed against these crooks. I pray justice is prevailed..
These people are really still walking around trying to rent this building to others knowing this is still my property I remodeled and paid for 6 months. I signed a 2 year contract with Deano Merrigan and Paul and Lauren White and all their agents and people involved in this scheme. They really think they are going to get a way with this because others have just walked away from them. But I havent and this is why I filed criminal charges aginst them.
I wish the media get involved to let the community know and maybe others will come out the closet and reveal that these people have done the same to them I know there has been others due to my extensive investigation on them. Today I filed charges against all of these pople and sent proof of this horrible act they have done

email a copy of your Ripoff Report to your Attorney General immediately. Also mail copies to all of your Local TV News Stations and put it to the attention of: “Investigative Reporter”.
