I received a spam email directing me to the website: www.workingtowardswealth.com. I bought the package with my credit card and a week of so later a sales rep called me. He said that my kit was in the mail, but since I owned my own business I qualified for the advanced system (IPSS II). This system software was developed by their firm and it allowed businesses to use their exsisting computers to send out millions of marketing messages to the whole world every day.

He also said that this system was guaranteed to generate business/advertising contacts by the millions and would start to generate money the moment I downloaded it. He then said that I could safely use my credit card and the immediate revenue from the sales would pay for my credit card payments before the first payment was due. He said that as soon as the credit payment was made I would receive the software by ups in three days. This would give me more than enough time to generate money to start making my card payments. On July 24, 2003 I authorized the payment and Jon Rowe assured me that the software was being sent out right away.

One month later I still had not yet received my software. When I called Jon said that there was a delay, but I should be getting it right away. This was the first problem I had with them, but they were polite and always asked me to be patient and I was. I got the software about 4 weeks after purchase and was not able to earn my first payment for the credit card payment.

Knowing that my new money making software was on it's way I purchased a new Dell computer with Windows XP, Printer-Scanner and fax machine to start building this new business that G W Consulting said I would be able to create once I got the software. When the software finally arrived I found out that I could not download, until I signed an agreement that said that I could not receive a refund from this point on.

At this point I had already committed to a new business and was already behind one payment on my credit card. Therefore I signed to that I could get started with this new business. After doing so, I loaded the software and tried to send out advertising to Hawaii and national destinations. The system was not working properly. I complained and they assigned Alison Bishop to work with me for several weeks and the system was still not working properly. I suggested that the system was faulty and they said that was impossible and that it was probably my computer.

I continued to insist that their system was faulty and finally on about the 3rd or 4th week they sent out a new CD. This CD worked for about one week and then it also became faulty. This time the company assigned a tech. from Spain, who worked with me for about one week. He quickly became frustrated and disappeared. I could not contact him and he did not respond to my calls or emails (He was known as John D and he was assigned to their off shore operations in Spain)

As I was told by Alison, Spamming was becoming a problem in the US, so they were relocating to Spain, where offshore regulations were not so tight.

This company made some effort to correct the problem and Alison appologized several times, that they could not get my business off the ground.

In October I started to suggest that I get my initial investment back and we call it even. But they insisted that the problem was my computer and they inspected it via proxy host and found nothing wrong. I told them that this software was not designed for home home computers, but they insisted that it was and told me that my Dell with XP was more than adequate. But, the software contined to jam and slow down and fail to generate business contacts. As of this date 12-9-03, I have yet to make a single sale from this purchase.

Now, since they have forced my into additional financial burdens, I am forced to retrieve more than my intial investment. This now includes related purchasing and fees for services related to this venture that I was lured into. I have made numerous attempts over the past several months, to have the owner (Richard Hilton) contact me to resolve this issue and I have not received any responses.

This incident has a great deal of documentation to support my allegations, but it is stored in my computer and is to lengthy to include with this report.
