G4S Security (Angila Crews) Harrasment, Shows favoritism, Horrible Ethics! kennesaw Georgia
I work for G4S at 210 Town park Dr. Kennesaw,Ga 30144. I would like to report a few things that I would think to be unethical but want to do so anonymously for I love where I work an need my job. I really think that someone needs to do a surprise visit and not let the corporate office in Atlanta know that you would visit. Our Captain has very good friends in the front office and nothing would get done. First and foremost our Captain her name is Angila Crews is the leader and very nice lady but having said that she calls a meeting for everyone to wear proper uniforms which we all do but when our leader comes in wearing sweat pants and sweat shirts what does that say to the employees and better yet Bank Of America employees or BOA management? On top of that she comes in almost everyday from around 10:00am or noon and leaves around 2:00 or 3:00pm. And that's on a good day. She usually leaves earlier than that or doesn't come in at all. Next issue is that there is no discipline at all at this site if you are a friend of hers or a Sgt. We had an incident with one of our Sgt's when a BOA employee found a little bag of mariuana or some type of illegal drugs and brought the drug to the control center and Sgt. Said that she didn't want that and told the BOA employee to put the illegal drugs in their managers desk drawer. When our Capt. Found out about that nothing happened. Sgt. may have gotten written up but I don't believe that our Atlanta office knew about it or if our Capt. Is really that good of friends with our office. Next issue is one of our recent officers Thaxton I think his first name is Chad. Either got terminated or sent to another site. What happened was that we had a tornado warning in the area and sirens were going off in the city. Everyone in the building was secure and our Capt. Crews gave Thaxton a bullhorn and told him that when he gets an all clear from a BOA manager then he can give the all clear using the bullhorn. Well he did get the all clear from a manager from BOA and he got terminated because our Captain said that she didn't receive an all clear and that he put lives in danger. He did what our Captain said but she put the blame on him and to me and other G4S employees we all agreed that this is wrong and should not have happened to him. That was outragious and should not be accepted. Especially when our Sgt. Didn't turn in any illegal drugs from a BOA employee? What does that say about us? Next issue is time check ins. We have had too many times when one of our Sgt's come in late and before they arrive they have someone leave the computer screen up so that the time doesn't change and ultimately is not late according to the check in but is late like 15 to 20 min. That is wrong because the person waiting on her is not getting paid because of that. That should be considered stealing from the company. Next issue is Cobb County Police came to our site and there were like 4 or 5 Police officers looking to arrest a BOA employee her name is Dana David. She no longer worked at this BOA site but does work for BOA at another site. Our Captain comes in and hears what's going on and she is friends with this BOA employee and calls her to warn her about the police coming to arrest her. Which now this is aiding and embedding the police which is ILLegal. But nothing happens to her? Come to find out that she is also friends with a Mr. Wines or Whines in our Atlanta office. So I think that's why our Captain geTs away with things. But please come and visit all of us would love to talkAlso we had an officer call off one monday a few weeks ago and she works Monday thru Friday 6am till 2pm. Our Captain got mad at her for that and now she took Mondays away from that officer. I know that's just not right and unethical is that even legal? Sent this complaint in to G4S and they took ZERO ACTION! do not consider this company for work! RUN!
