Complaint Review: Gable Jackson Payne

Gable Payne lives in Alamo with stolen money from hard working people. He sold people on home improvements, sent over un-qualified workers and did not complete the work he was supposed to then filed Bankruptcy. (BK). The BK number is 16-43491. He owes 300,000.00 in tax liens because he did not pay taxes for the last 3-5 years. Gable stole from a large number of people for not completing jobs he was contracted to. He is a thief, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF. HE WILL ONLY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURN, OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. He also had child support orders in 2 separate states. I feel bad for his children, they have him as a dad. He has been sued for breach of contract, and stealing money from past business partners. A judge awarded his ex-business partners a 100,000.00 judgment because of his fraud, deceit, and theft. The CSLB is in the process of Revoking his CONTRACTORS license because of the number of people's houses he destroyed and took their money. He left them high and dry after his BK. He transferred all is his money to his mommy who then bought a house in Alamo dfor him to live in which he pays for but has to hide because of the BK. He has fraudunely conveyed his property in the past to her to avoid it being taken to repay his debts. Beware of this loser, his mantra is fake it till you make or just steal from everyone around you so he can live a lavish lifestyle on other people dimes. Companies beware he will steal your money or property then leave you high and Dry. Ask his own father Jerry Payne or Stu Faulk who owned Untied Home Exteriors about his decpetion and theft. This guy steals from his own family like it s nothing. If he can steal from them who wont he steal from. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOSER.
