Gable Of West Park Village, West Chase Ripoff Keeping our Deposit Stealing $1300 Tampa Florida
Gables of West Park has denied ever receiving our move out letter which was turned into them at the beginning of December 2004 in which time we were to move out end of Jan. things changed and we ended up staying until end of Feburary 2005.
When we called to see if another letter needed to be issued we were told no they would take care of. When we checked with them 2 weeks before moving out Misty told us we were all set and nothing else needed to be done. Now at the end of March, 2005 we are being told they are keeping our $1300. deposit and we also need to pay an extra $256.00. I do not think so We did what we thought was everything needed to get our deposit back. when we spoke with Misty on Sunday, April 3, 2005 Misty admits to our faces that she never checked our file when we asked if we were all set. So because Gables employees did not do their job fully we have to suffer and lose out on that money? That's Not Fair!! If someone could please help us please email me your response.

Just a note to you regarding the dispicable manner in which you were treated by Gables Residential.
Make sure anything you do with them you
(a) Have a witness
(b) return reciept requested.
They are bad news and they do have present class action law suits against them.
They are evil and unethical.

We had an attorney step in and now Lindsay is lying saying she never spoke with us and she never took the move out letter from us. Now that is very untrue I also know of 3 more people who have rip off complaints!
