BEWARE of Gables Residential Rental Practices. They charge almost $200 if one pays rent ONLY 1 Day late and not due to fault of the renter. They refuse to listen to cient complaints and have recently been renting to undesirable people who eventually get ordered to vacate. They are desperate to rent for extremely high prices so they do not follow the State of Floridas mandated rental practices.
