Complaint Review: Gabriel Ortega

I would like to make a statement in behalf of my clients Ritchel Shosich used to be Ritchel Morehead i am her lawyer and there is a publish here in rip-off.com about Gabriel Ortega complaining him that Ritchel was taken money from Gabriel Ortega.

First of all this guy doesn’t have any money from ritchel or chelglobalfinance infact he put a money to Ritchel’s company way back in 2016 $50k with a contract saying that money supposed to be returned in 6months but Gabriel Ortega wants he’s money back in three weeks after ritchel and Gabriel Ortega signed the contract despite of the hastle he gave to Ritchel.

Gabriel Ortega recieves advanced $5,000 pesos cash interest of hes money base on what Ritchel And Gabriel Ortega agreed on the contract since. Then Gabriel Ortega was unprofessionally deal with Ritchel he forcefully took the money back $50,000 along with the agreement of not giving the advanced $5,000 interest to Ritchel.

Gabriel Ortega called and ask forgiveness to ritchel Morehead because he said his w***e wife told him to broke the contract. Ritchel And Gabriel Ortega has an agreement of six month in the contract upon releasing the money to Gabriel Ortega directly to my own clients Jun Ravina.

They have a deal of buying and selling houses when gabriel Ortega and jun ravina deal with each other after a few months Gabriel Ortega called Ritchel and says Jun Ravina took he’s $50k and never get it back. In a long story short Ritchel Morehead never owed any money to Gabriel Ortega base on he’s claimed on to this report in rip off.com infact Gabriel Ortega who is claiming that ritchel Morehead owes money to him he is the one needs to pay back to Ritchel Morehead the $5,000 because he got he’s $50,000 back after signing the contract in three weeks. Gabriel Ortega acting like a victim
