Complaint Review: Gadget Fix

 Went to get a screen replacement w Which take about up to an 1 to no more then 2 hours to do depending on experience of the tech This tech told me 30 minutes Arrived back in 1 hrs told me they didn't have the art and the owner was coming back with it to come back Monday Monday late afternoon I arrived my phone screen still wasn't replaced. Still waiting for part I asked when will it be today. He said come back tomorrow I arrived back again the next day At first he didn't know where it was then he found both of them. I asked him why it wasn't fixed. He too the owner told me we don't have the parts. I said please put my phone back together and I'll go somewhere else. He said he doesn't Do the repairs I said I'll wait till his guy gets here I waited awhile till he tried to kick me out of the store and called me a b****. All I asked for in a polite manner was my phone. When he did give me my phone. The motherboard and both batteries was removed as well as the screws I asked him where the parts were and he said he didn't know and told me to leave So entering this establishment with only just a screen repair and ended up with nothing 2 phones that worked perfectly fine I just want a screen replaced police were called and they said I was in the right and needed to take it further up to the courts
