Complaint Review: Gadget Tech

Luke bought about $4000 worth of LCD screen replacement from us for his cellphone repair business. We charged his credit card on orders delivered by our drivers, and he signed on the invoice and credit card receipt. There was one Samsung S5 lcd we sold to him, which his technician broke it during disasembling from the customer’s phone cause they said screen was defective. We rejected the return. Prior to this, he returned a lot of physical damaged merchandise and claimed that were all our faults. We always accepted and accepted and hope one day this customer may change and acts fair on merchandise they broke. I guess with Luke that day will never come. His business ethics is really low, and the business philosophy that take advantage of vendors and suck out all your time just to fulfill his selfish needs will never make him a reasonable customer to do business with. The end of the story was he disputed multiple credit card transactions and claimed that was a business fraud. Stay away from this person. Or accept cash payment ONLY from him.
