I ordered 2 items from their website.  I got an error message.  I tried again and got an error message.I could not finish the order.I did not get a confirmation that I had purchased the items.  It was after hours,so I could not find out what to do.

I then ordered the items from another website.  The next day I got a confirmation for the order.  I tried to cancel it,but it would not allow it.

I sent 2 emails and made 2 calls to them to explain the problem. Twice I called, and they had just stepped out of the office.  They did not return my calls.

I eventually got an email telling me how to return it, and that I had to pay shipping back and they would also deduct shipping .

I spent $33.98 for the untouched items, $9.95 to ship the items back.They just refunded me $13.59.  It just cost me $30.34 for absolutely nothing.

I thought I was ordering from Walmart did not understand that it was a third party or I never would have ordered from them.

It was not my fault that I got error messages and no confirmation.  Other orders I placed from other companies showed me the completed order and a confirmation immediately.

I am most unhappy, and think they did me wrong.  There is no reason to charge me $20.39 more.

Since this happened to me, I see that there was another complaint. That person said that their transaction did not go through, then they were overcharged.  I only wished I had seen the other complaint, but I did not even understand that I was not ordering from Walmart.

I hope this complaint keeps someone else from getting ripped off.  I could understand part of the charge, if I completed the order and then just decided that I did not want the items.
