Gadgetsul.com Won't refund purchase of a scam electrical device Montebello New York
I made an online purchase from gadgetsul.com in October, 2020 of a PowerPro (falsely advertised as an eneregy saving device), paying $59.99. After plugging and monitoring the device in my home for three months I can positively say that I haven't saved a cent on my electric bill. I have emailed contact@gadgetsul.com three times requesting info on how to return the device for a full refund. They have not responded.
I have filed a complaint with the New York City BBB -- but wanted to share my information about this company with Ripoff Report members as well, while I attempt to secure a refund. Note: I have just seen an identical device being advertised under a different name by prime.goodletterfortoday.com. It also guantees big electrical savings. Incidentally, both devices are made in China and obviously imported by these scam artists hoping to make a fast buck.
