Two security cameras ordered online a Silver 3.6mm lens SKU: GS4003CFNTSC snd black 6mm lens SKU: GS4002CFNTSC
Upon arrival 09/09/2011 GS4003CF had the same field of view as the other camera with a 6mm lens. I contacted GadSpot Inc. stating my bench test showed cameras had essentially the same fields of view. Also their web page had "Incorrect Description and Specifications" listed. He questioned my findings but stated he would check.
"I checked and verified that the cameras are in fact 5.0 mm lens size. I'm surprised since no one has called in about this issue. You should have received a RMA number, If you did not here it is below. Write RMA number outside of the box. You will also be receiving a return shipping label from us. We apologize about this incident."
9/19/2011 Had to resort to PayPal resolution to obtain prepaid shipping label

I have not heard a single word from you sense 09 /19 and that was only the return shipping label sent by FedEx Tracking no.: indicates you received return delivery 09/21/2011 @ 11:03 Hrs PDT no communication from Gadspot sales or other sense 9/16 Whats with that????

None of the GS4001CF, GS4002CF, and GS4003CF comes with 3.6mm lens. Please advise

What lens does the GS4001CF come with than.. As it's advertised W/3.6mm I am looking for wide angle wide field of view to compliment GS4002CF listed as a 6mm lens. Now I start doubting all of your listed specifications. Does the GS4002CF I bought and kept actually have a 6mm lens? You see where I am coming from I hope.

For the record http://www.gadspot.com.tw/ is the correct overseas address and it still exists. Substantially updated with flash since my screen shots taken 09/13/2011 through 9/26/2011
Contacted by Gadspot Representative telephonicly today 10/28/2011 requesting what they could do to appease my dissatisfaction with their business.
The representative with whom I spoke was informed that their lack of customer service communication, and terse message when PayPal dispute was abruptly closed by Gadspots' Full Refund prompted my Indignation.
Representative could NOT provide me with Gadspot Inc. state of incorporation, they are not incorporated in the state of California according to California Secretary of State http://kepler.sos.ca.gov/
In the end I have yet to learn who the Agent for Service of Process is for Gadspot Inc., or what state Gadspot Inc. is Incorporated in if any.
I have to admit the quality of the one camera I was left with has good image and color quality but only got their customer services attention after a multitude of web complaints.
