On 12/14/18 I placed an order with this company. I sent them numerous emails attempting to find out where my package was. The were slow to respond to emails and when they did respond, they said they had no way of tracking the package unless I paid them an extra $20 to do so, which I did not. They guaranteed delivery before Christmas, but when I emailed them after not receiving it by Christmas, they just non-chalantly replied that some customers received their orders on time, others did not, it was just random, they stated.

I began to question whether or not they were a fraudulent business which they adamantly denied. After 24 days and still I had not received my order, they said they were shipping a substitute order and I received this order within 3or 4 days with a nasty note from the seller referring to me as an as*hole for "accusing them of being fraudulent" I have the note and all email correspondence I had with this company. They may be a legitimate company but their customer service is deplorable, after all, what company refers to their customers as as*holes?
