Gai GT Media Inc (Express Cooker) Deceitful ordering process, overcharge on credit card and terrible customer service! Internet
I ordered the Express GT Cooker from a TV infomercial. They advertised it to be two monthly payments of $19.99. My credit card has been charged $49.85, and has overdrawn my checking account for which I have been charged a $35.00 fee from my bank.
I have yet to receive any merchandise.
I had to search high and low to find a phone number for them, thankfully found it right here, among the many numerous complaints about them.
When I called to enquire about this, I was handled very rudely, and told that I did not listen to the automated ordering process when I was supposedly told that there would be a $30.00 shipping charge per unit.
The more I complained, the ruder the person got with me. I was told to refuse the order when it comes and that they would refund my money, but I know how that goes. I will never see my money.
I will be advising my bank not to accept anymore charges from them. I am hopping mad!!!

I noticed people are complaining about the charges when they order the Xpress Ready Set Go. I too ordered this on the internet and wondered why I was charged the full amount rather than the first of two payments. I went back to the website and here is what I discovered. Where it says two monthly payments, click here to order, underneath that blinking click here button is a drop down that you pick either 1 payment in full or 2 easy payments. I realized that I did not notice this at first, so I was charged the whole amount. You have to chose before ordering. Hope this helps anyone who is looking or buy from this company.
