GAI GT Media Inc Express Ready Set Go Cooker Express Ready Set Go Cooker ordered cook books with the unit and there was nothing saying it was more than a one time shipment. They just charged my bank account 14.95 and I found out that they will send more cook books Border Colorado
I ordered the Ready set go and some cook books. In the ad there was nothing said about the cook books being more than a one time charge. I just got a charge on my bank account for 14.95. More cookbooks. I called the number since no where on the add did it give an address of city or state. I got someone in Manila, Phillipines. The lady informed me their office was in Border, Colorado. I cannot believe this company. I see there are many compalints about their product being defective. I have not had mine long enough for me to know if it is defective or not. I have used it and so far liked it but I do not like the fact that they are deciteful on the charging of my account. I further more dont like the company taking jobs from americans and using other countries when we have so many people out of jobs here. I will not do business with them again.

me to,
are you sure you're not mistaking the 19.95 as the second payment? I did that. I was about to call up the company about being billed 19.95 a month after my first payment and after receiving the product.
Just as I was about to call them I remembered that the "deal" was that it could be paid with 2 monthly installments of 19.95 each and the second payment was my 2nd and last payment to be made to the company.
I really like the ready set go. just be sure to use non metal items to handle the food so it doesn't get scratched. treat it right and it'll probably treat u right too. Makes fantastic omelets.

I ordered mine on the phone and answered no to all additional cookbooks and other items with out mistake because i did nt want extra charges. There are no fine print when you talk to the operator. Yet they still bill me 19.95 this month for something i did not order. So I'll send it back without opening it when i get it and cancel any further orders. I like me cooker to but i don't want things i didn't order and don't wan to pay for them either.

Read the Fine Print and don't go so fast when ordering online

Sorry, but this complaint is entirely your fault. I recently ordered the ReadySetGo cooker online and did not have the problem you stated here. What you probably did when you submitted your order is that you clicked the main button you saw without fully reading the "fine print," which was NOT deceptively hidden. Before completing the order the website will try to sell you extras that you do not need. But you have to slow down to read everything before clicking to to the next page. It CLEARLY gives you the option to decline the offers. However, if you're not careful it is easy to make that mistake and submit an order for extras that you originally don't want. What you should have done was to stop and read the whole page before being click-happy, and then you wouldn't have been in this mess in the first place!
