I contacted them 0n 11-20-08 and a representative by name Hanna assured me that the charge of $13.90 would be reversed to my card within 10 days and gave me confirmation # 1963826 but I still haven't received my money back Boulder Colorado
These people charged my credit card without my authorization, I contacted them and they told me the charge of $13.90 would be reversed to my credit card back on 11/20/08. The representative's name is Hanna and the reference/confirmaion # she gave me is 1963826.
On 12/01/08 I received a manila envelope from them by mail and I tried to send it right back as I received it at post office and the postmaster couldn't just return it back because they had placed a blank sticker on label so that it coud not be returned to them unless I paid for it. I paid $1.34 to send it back and have my receipt and also copy of front of such envelope.
I want my money back
