I was sold a non-functional laptop and returned it. I paid $978.84, but was only refunded $922.50 (a difference of $56.34) even though I specifically asked for all of my money back. 

I don't understand why I should have to pay for a bad product to be shipped to me. 

To add insult to injury, I also incurred costs to send the laptop back. 

I'm a single mother and money is tight. How can a company do business like this?
