Complaint Review: Gainsaver

Gainsaver Sold A Defective Item and I paid for 3 yr Extended Warranty and the refurbished macbook pro had dents in the casing. the screen display stopped working after a month. I paid $1400 w all upgrades. they Long Beach, California

They pretty much shipped me the damaged product that they wont return! The RMA in caps and bold letter says they will not give you credit for any products damaged during shipping. So I purchased the extra stuffing and over protected it to eliminate the question of the dents and scratches that were in it from time of purchase, could not even become an issue! My gut instincts tole me that statement was there for a reason and should of listen to them!  They not only refuse to give me a new mac, but refuse to sent my old one back! This prooves they are going to fix it ans ship it out to someone else. They had the d**n nerve to tell me they will give me 25 freakn cents on the dollar and I paid over 1400 in upgrades on this mancbook pro 17in. I told them id rather have the mac and they said take them to court and hung up the f***ing phone!!!!! I wish the hell i lived in long beach california!!!!!!!!!!!!
