Gainward Warranty replacement card Ripoff never received Fremont California

I sent in my Gainward GeForce FX5950 Ultra video card to the company for an RMA request because the card was not operating properly. I called once I was sure enough time had gone by for them to recieve the product. I called on August 9th 2004 about the status of the RMA, and was told that the card was being shipped to them and should be recieved by them in one week or less. I have called every week since then about the status of the card, and every time I contact them they give me the same answer "Next week it should come in" The last time I called, August 30th, 2004, they told me the weather in Tokyo had delayed shipment. No new information about when the card will be available has been shared with me, and the same answer from them "in one week" seems to be all they can say.

Card Recieved must have recieved a fautly card to begin with

Finally, one month and 1 day later, a card arrived. At first I was not happy, the packaging said it was a lower version of the GeForce series of Gainward cards, but once I opened to packaging completely, there was a new 5950 Ultra card enclosed with a new serial number and a different colored LED light, definitely a different card. Also, the features that were previously unable to function now function properly. I must have recieved a fautly card to begin with. I would just like to set it straight that I finally did recieve the correct replacement, even if not in a timely manner.
