I purchased 3 storefronts (approximately $4,000) in April 2001. Even before 2 weeks had passed, I received a call offering tutoring/ mentoring. Being in a hurry to get going on this, I agreed to the extra fee, @ $4,995.00 for something called Web Traffic "2,000 visitors" along with a charge of $595.00 for 6 months EXECUTIVE Mentoring with 10 Proactive sessions. I received MANY phone calls and letters to fill out a new contract, because I signed my name with my middle initial in one place and the rest of the areas without it. I didn't. During the "tutoring" sessions, personal issues caused me to put a hold on these lessons. Several months passed, and I was still hounded for the new contract. I made a few phone calls, one was to Electronic Commerce @ 801-377-2929 another to LeaseCom @ 800-229-5327. I found out that my contract was cancelled in April. It was never entered into their system even though I was given an account number. I called Galaxy Mall's finance department and told them that my contract was never valid and that I wanted a refund of ANY and ALL monies that I paid. The only "response" I received was no more requests to fill out a contract. Their blatent deception to contact me to charge extra for tutoring a null and void contract
