I formally files a complaint against Galaxy Mall 754 E. Technology Ave. Orem Utah 84097-6204 On Feb 20, 2001 my son & I attended a Galaxy Mall Web Site workshop. I purchased three web
site certificates and my son purchased 6 web site certificates. I try repeatedly to get on site with no success. I call customer service only to get more hard sells talk from them that we need a tutoring service. Amount of $7000.00. Already spend $4030. They told us it was very easy and we could start web site easy and make money . My son purchase 6 web site at the price of
$1200 a piece with being told he could sell them to business.NOT True.Could not sell one. We then heard on Dateline msnba (Chris Hansen Corresponent) That Galaxy Mall may be a FRAUD. www.msnbc.com (search Galaxy Mall)article on web site.
My son made 12 direct withdrawal from checking account AMT.$1727.
We are not playing anymore. We sent everything back and they refuses to accepted it and sent it back. I paid $4030 on a Credit card. Can you help us. We made reports to the Better Business Bureau, F.T.C. and Indiana State Attorney General's Office.
