Galaxy Mall website rip off scam con artists Orem Utah
We recently were informed that there was a program on television that targeted GalaxyMall as a major rip-off organization. Well, we would like to add our name to the list.
Approximately 2 1/2 years ago we signed up with GalaxyMall after attending a seminar. They were so good at "selling" their website, the majority of the people who attended signed up to publish their business. We unfortunately, were one of them.
We followed every rule to the letter and through a lot of struggling, we got a site up and running. The initial help got the site up but afterwards, we received little to no assistance. The information they suggested an input did nothing to locate the website unless you knew the exact website address. Not one search engine or word search helped to locate the site. We complained but ended up on our own unless we paid additional money to have them help us write the site.
We spent $1800 on the site, but got nothing out of it. We spent the last of our money invested in this business, which later failed. We ended up selling our home just to get out of debt. Though this was a small amount compared to what some paid, we nevertheless did not have the money which was wasted on a worthless website. Not one nickel was made and no one found the site.
I hope that organization does not succeed in doing harm to anymore people. They tend to focus on the small businesses which do not have money to begin with. Needless to say, they are a major ripoff company.
