Galaxy Properties Management SA Have received no correspondence or contact from property management company in more than 3 years on leased property in Cancun Edificio Atlantida P.Bajo Cancun Mexico

Purchased a Universal Lease Agreement of 25 years for a resort property (hotel room/condo), located in Cancun, Mexico, in October of 2003 through company called Resort Holding International (RHI), who, in turn contracted the management of the resort property to Galaxy Properties Management S.A.. Since the purchase of the lease I have received only 2 letters of correspondence from Galaxy, one in August of 2004 and the other in March of 2005. Both letters were statements of rental money earned on this property but there has never been any money received by me from either RHI or Galaxy.

Attempts to reach Galaxy Properties Management online or via the telephone have been fruitless. Their phone number, listsed as of March 1, 2005, has been disconnected and their web address meets with no online connection. I wish to know what has happened to the money I invested in this property and the interest and fees I was supposed to be collecting from rental of this property to others, since I did not use the property myself.
