DO NOT USE GALAXY STUDIOS FOR YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME BACK ANY MONEY WITH PICTURES THEY RUINED AT BY ENGAGEMENT PARTY, AND THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT MY ENGAGEMENT PARTY WAS CHEAP. THEY ALSO REFUSED GIVE BACK DEPOSIT MONEY WHICH WAS COMPLETELY UNEHETICAL!! AVI(OWNER) RESPONED TO ME ABOUT THE REFUND WAS WHO CARES ITS NOT YOUR MONEY

Galaxy studio. Is amazing planning a wedding is very stressful however galaxy studio gave me piece of mind when to not worry about anything and im very greatful. Avi the owner is vert patient and understanding even when a bride does go bridezilla.

As the owner of Galaxy Studios since 1990 I can tell you for a fact that we have 100% satisfied customers . If you dont believe me check our costumer reviews on google. We make a living only because we are honest .
In regards to this case, this girl hired us to photograph her engagement party and wedding celebration. After we photographed her engagement party and produced all the images, she claimed that she broke off her wedding (Which she did not do. We verified with the wedding hall) and wanted the money back. When we told her that we cannot give her back the deposit after two months of her signed contract because we reserved the date for her (The contract states in pharagraph #5 that incase the event is canceled, we would keep the small deposit as a credit towards any photography service in the customer's future) she got upset and very aggresive and threatened that she will bad mouth us all over the internet. One day later she sent us an image of her bad review on google and facebook and we could not fathom how untruthful the review was. We were in shock that a person could write so many lies in one review. The numerous amount of pictures we gave her were fantastic for a 2 hour engagemnet party held inside a basement with about 20 quests. (We have the pictures to prove it.)
We told her that we rejected three diffrent costumers for the date of her wedding (It's a sunday, the bussiest day of our week) because we were commited to her wedding date for video and photography. We reserved the right photographers and videographers for her and lost our income because of her reservation. As the owner of the company I asked her if the case was the opposite and I were to cancel her contract and services at the last minute, how would she react? We are commited to our customers and the date is important. In the last 23 years we never had one bad review. We are the only company around that posts the images of the wedding day online within 24 hours.(We produce all labor in house for reasonable prices) We are not going to let one distorted, false and innacurate review ruin our business after working hard to earn an excellent reputation.
