THEY SELL INJURED PUPPIES!

We Purchased a 2.5 month old puppy from these breeders, one week after the puppy arrived we took him to vet to get his firts exams and the docotor told us there was something wrong with his left leg and that he noticed a bit of a lag on it when the puppy walked, and that he needed to do X-rays in order to verify what it was. We immediately contacted Galdon Dog and told them about the problem, they said to please send them copies of the X-rays and that if something was definately wrong with the puppy they would refund our money or send us a new puppy at no cost. Well a couple of weeks later we recieved the X-rays from our Vet with bad news. The puppy had suffered from a severe Fracture on the Knee when he was just a new born. We immediately sent them to Galdon Dog. They replied back asking for a video of the puppy. So we took the time to make a video of the puppy showin the way he walked. After recieving the video they asked us to get a letter from the Vet. So we got a letter from the Vet signed by the doctor including all the invoices and credit card receipts and submitted it to them. After recieving all this information they came back to us blaming us for the injury to the dog, they started making absurd comments, saying that the X-rays showed two fractures not one like we had stated on our emails (the puppy only had 1 fracture our doctor specified it in the letter) they also started questioning the letter from our vet saying "how could they validate the letter from our vet being real" or "how could they validate the X-rays" i told them to call the vet or go on Google and type the clinics name or email them (they refused) they refused to give us our money back knowing that they sold us a puppy with a damaged leg. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BREEDERS they are a complete fraud we paid $1,600.00 for this puppy and it has costs us $3,000.00 in (x-rays,exams,medication, vaccines) and after submiting all the information they requested they still refused to help us.
