Complaint Review: Gallagher Bassett

I had a work injury in 10/2005. I am a merchandiser for a card company. I dislocated my shoulder, from trying to reach and lift the boxes the merchandise comes in, which is too heavy to begin with. My shoulder was hanging on by the few tendons left that weren't torn. I got paid for the time out, 5 mths later. I went thru pyshical therapy, went back to work, but had to go out again this past July-October. Same injury. Haven't gotten paid for that time out. I have a lawyer representing me. I met with the IAC(industrial accident board) on Sept.,5, 2007. They made their decision the end of that month and I won. 10% permanent disability. Gallagher Bassett STILL hasn't paid. The lawyer sent a Huffman letter and now they have 30 days from that to pay me, or it has to go to Superior Court. So that means another couple of months. Over 2 years and still can't even pay a measly $2000! That's alot to a poor partially disabled mother of 2. Oh and even the government won't help. The denied me 3 times for social security, but look at all the immagrants in our country that have jobs and medical care!!
Do they know that my kids won't be getting Christmas presents this year? Or that the creditors are calling? After years of clearing up my credit, they ruin it again. They didn't pay one of my medical bills on time, and who's suffering because of that? Me, my family, my credit. I'm 40 yrs. old. It took almost a decade to get my credit in "fair" condition. The banks and credit card companies make it so that your credit score never improves. I've spent all my savings on trying to keep those companies satisfied and protect my credit, for nothing. I have no money, it's Christmas, I'm working 2 hours a week and I have no financial assitance.
Gallagher Bassett is another rude, arrogant, selfish, rich company that doesn't give a s**t about humans!
