Eric Shaw is a real piece of work ! He is a claims agent for Gallagher Bassett Services.

He acts as if he knows all there is to know about claims management and then doesn't even bother to verify client information while he has the client on the phone. He is also very rude and lacks proper etiquette.

He sent my payment to the wrong address, initially. After I received my LATE payment, then I receive a letter stating that I was overpayed $500.00 and I must reimburse them !

This is a terrible company to have to deal with.

The following statement can be found directly on their website :

Well, they have already lost my trust AND respect.

Given the choice, I will NEVER do business with this company again.
