Gallaher Bassett - Ms. Banco rip off on workers comp Orlando Florida
minor injury on 11-02-02. finally placed out of work for injury on 7-15-03. gallagher-bassett is not complying with my doctor's orders for foot surgery. everytime i get surgery set up, they find another excuse to stop it. they are taking their sweet time in getting my weekly checks to me also.
finally had to get an attorney to step in. I don't thing it is going to help much.
case worker for g-b is cathy banco. she is rude and hateful everytime I talk to her. I now send faxes only.

Inform miss snotty b***h that youre enjoying the time off with pay, and as long as surgery is delayed you get to sit by the pool sipping margaritas. Let her know how nice it is to sleep in late, stay up late, and lounge around in pjs until you d**n well feel like getting dressed. While she has to get up to an annoying alarm every morning and beat the traffic and fill out forms all day.
Think of it this way, by her delay tactics, you get paid time off, and let her know how much you appreciate it. Nicely of course.
Guess what, you'd probably be in surgery next week.:)
