1.  Google "Gallatin County Treasurer" input "White" and look for Charles White.  You will find the correct one, it is on the 1st page.  You may want to click onto "history" button and view taxes.

2.  Check out Nevada State Bankruptcy records for Charles and Bonnie White.

3.  Do not sign any contract.  Take the contract to your attorney.  There may be clauses which will hold you financially liable for any damages the owner deems was caused by your party.

4.  Beware of "facility fee" 20%.  This may not be legal, please check with your attorney.  You likely are already paying for use of the facility.  Do not confuse this with a gratuity.

5.  Google this site:  "ripoffreport gallatin gateway inn" and learn about Mr. White's past business in machine tooling.  The person who posted that, also posted their phone number and oh what an earful you will get.

Watch out for the "reverend" "pastor" Christian thing...
