Complaint Review: Gallery Florist/ Kay's Florist

My Aunt passed away in Texas. I was asked by my family to get two floral arrangements. I did a search on Google for florist in Irving Texas and Gallery was one of the top listings. They listed themselves as a third generation family business who delivered in Irving. My father asked me to order something in Lavender for his sister. I picked a arrangement called Lavender rememberence basket. I also picked a Fields of Europe. I upgraded both arrangements. One of my relatives called me the day of the service and told me the flowers were horrible and nothing like the picture I sent her off of the Gallery web page.

The flowers were sent by a another florist without a web page in Irving..not Gallery. Here is the final insult..it was Kays FTD Florist on the bill when it arrived. I have attempted to reach Google to tell them of these online rip off artist but I can't reach anyone. If you can contact google let them know that Kays is cheating people everyday and using Google to do their dirty work. I would also like the attorney General of the State of Texas to start shutting them down.

Gallery Florist is a call center..look it up on Florist Detective.com. Please don't be screwed like I was. How sad you can't re do a funeral..the flowers my father wanted never arrived..in its place a vase of white flowers were sent..cheap white flowers. His final gift to a sister he loved
