Don't  cosign your Art to this place , you will be Sorry

Another review from Yelp , Probably the worst customer service I have ever had in my life.  Took 3 Kincaid's in to have them sell for me.  They take 50% commission.... which they did not tell me in the beginning.  Took over two years to sell two, and I had to call many times to actually get the money from them.  They are not truthful and the stories seemed to change every time I talked to someone.  I actually flew back from California to get the last one because I did not trust them at all. They removed one from the frame (which was perfect) and did not even tell us.  STAY AWAY!!!  If you want to sell something put on ebay, you could not do any worse.  I would find a more reputable dealer to buy from.

ART INVESTORS AND COLLECTORS BEWARE. Back in the late 1980s I bought at least 8 signed, limited edition prints (mostly Robert Bateman wildlife art) which included a "Hardwood Forest - Whitetail Buck" and "Midnight - Black Wolf" (print number 13922 / 25352) for future resale. Approximately 20 years later, I physically took the same 2 prints to Gallery One in Mentor for them to sell on consignment for me. They sold the "Hardwood Forest - Whitetail Buck" print for me and promptly paid me my share. By 2008, "Midnight - Black Wolf" had still not sold, and Alan sent me an email asking my permission to allow them to reduce the sale price to $1,350 with my net share to be $810. I granted that change and then heard nothing from Gallery One for over 8 more years until I raised the issue in 2016. Alan admitted to me over the phone that they found evidence that they sold my "Midnight - Black Wolf" but could find no evidence that they paid me my portion. That was honest and correct; I still to this day have not received my $810 from the sale of that print. This is no way to treat a good customer; ART INVESTORS AND COLLECTORS BEWARE.
