In all fairness, the hotel staff were polite and welcoming, and the rooms clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our one-night stay until a $75 charge showed up on my credit card. The hotel had already received pre-payment for the room via a hotel booking site, so I was very confused about the charge. The young woman I spoke to said there should have been 8 pillows and housekeeping only counted six after we checked out so I was charged for them. After two calls to the hotel to discuss the charge, I still await a return call from the general manager.
