I made the mistake of retutrning to Gambino to take a second look at a 2005 F-150. The saleswoman came out. When I asked for the price, she stalled before going to get the price. I would think that they would carry a price list with them. As soon as she left, a second salesperson showed up. The same as the previous day- double team. When the second one started to explain about some type of "Lifetime Drive Train Warranty" I explained that it was of no value to me because it required them to do all service work. I explained that I had problems with service there on my current vehicle. This made him mad.

This is ironic because earlier, he had told me how they had cleaned house & got rid of all the poor performing personel at the dealership. He started on how NONE of the local repair shops could properly maintain the vehicle like they do. I told him that all I needed was the price. He said she is getting it. I replied that she has been getting it for 15 minutes. He replied that if I knew anything about computers that I would know that sometimes they are SLOW. He then said something about you should know about moving SLOW. What you need to know is, I am a DISABLED VETERAN on disability & I was walking with a cane. This really set me off but I kept my cool & told him to forget everything.

As I started to leave, he made a comment that I was not or could not have bought it anyways. As I drove out he raised his hand, then after a second or two twisted it as to wave. I contacted Gambino without a reply. I notified Ford. They contacted Gambino. Still no reply so I hand delivered all of the correspondence to Gambino. About 4 hours later, Pat Gambino called & said that he did not know what I thought he was going to do about what happened because their salesman had a completely different story. I told him that there was no way that I would make up a story like this. I told him if only HALF of my story was accurate (it is completely accurate) this was a serious degrading incident. He said that he was sorry about it but had to go with his man. WATCH OUT FOR THE DOUBLE TEAMING & ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR A WARRANTY THAT IS OFFERED.
