I had recently purchased a bunch of used games for my children from GameCrazy.


3 of the 5 games would not work correctly so I took them back to the store location.


I asked the guy behind the counter to take the games and run them in his Ps2 game console ,and he replied that he did not have one to check and make sure that the games were working correctly...........?WTF.


So I asked him if I could get store credit or a return so that I could get more games or exchange the ones that were not working for something else....He said no...????


So I asked him what I was supposed to do,not shop there anymore because I cant trust the products that they were in buisness for selling?


He said they were closeing the store down next week and that anything I had bought from the store was not refundable in any way.


There were no signs anywhere in the store stateing they were closeing down.


just another wounderfull day of being a consumer in the USA.

Assuming that your story is true and there were no signs or anything to indicate that no returns would be accepted, I can understand why you feel ripped off. One of my local Hollywood Video stores is also closing and I picked up about forty-five games... haven't had time to play any of them so I hope that they all work.

However, there were plenty of signs around the store indicating that the place was closing and all sales were final. The clerks even mentioned that to me.

They should have done the same for you.
