Game Insight has many social game apps for mobile devices...many of which have several bugs, flaws, issues, etc. relating to freezing, losing game progress and countless others.  In order to progress or achieve certain levels or awards, in-game currency is almost necessary to purchase. 

This is fine and dandy, but when the game freezes or disappears off your device and all your time and money spent on your progress disappeards as well due to the bugs, and flaws and known issues...it is ROBBERY and FRAUD, especially after support is contacted and they advise that they will restore your in game purchases to the new game you have to reinstall...and then once you do that and start over from scratch, you experience more issues of lost items you acquire with having to buy their in game currency.  Yet the developers launch several new games that also have multiple flaws, bugs and issues, rather than fixing the current issues with the older games.

I lost my game and five times never got the gems I paid for. I put in a complaint, I get a reply that my complaint was received, then nothing... and 2-3 weeks letter I get an e-mail that my ticket is closed. I can't believe they get away with this !?
